Located between Varick and Vandam Streets in Hudson Square, 77 Charlton is a through-block building with two towers on a shared podium. Since the neighborhood was rezoned in 2013, residential developments have begun lining the streets in this emerging residential district. Historically home to many printing companies, the neighborhood has become a hub for media-related activities and is the new home to Disney and Google.
